WAVE∞FORM - Waveform01 - Ltd 2LP

WAVE∞FORM is a character in the ongoing story PYRAMIDS ON THE MOON - a multi-dimensional autobiography, created by Norwegian electronic music producer and artist Per Martinsen.

Through the eyes of an alternative version of himself it is made possible for the artist to step out of fixed ideas and previous creative patterns, and explore more abstract and ambient soundscapes than through his other musical projects MENTAL OVERDRIVE and NAEON TEARDROPS.

Both the story behind it and the musical result derive from Martinsen’s artistic research project THE SEARCH FOR RESONANCE - a three year doctorate carried through at UiT - The Arctic University of Tromsø between 2019-2021.

WAVE∞FORM’s debut album “Waveform01” was initially released on music cassette by Oslo-based label Senja Recordings in 2018, and is finally available on double vinyl as well.
