UnderVerden, which translates as The Underworld, is a conceptual tale of awakening, where the hidden and forgotten parts of ourselves and the world are brought back to life. Across seven powerful tracks, a bridge is built between ancient Nordic folklore and today’s psychological and existential terrain. The music delves deep into the undercurrents – into shadows, roots, and amnesia – to unearth strength, truth, and healing.

With a rare and evocative soundscape blending ancient instruments like the moraharpa, bandoneon, and organistrum with bass, guitar, and drums, the album presents a hypnotic and raw fusion of Nordic folk music and alternative rock. The result is something both new and ancient at the same time

The lyrics traverse ancestral spirituality, personal crises, mythic beings, and inner battles. Sung in Trøndersk dialect, interwoven with verses from the Elder Edda in Old Norse, the album resonates far beyond music – like an echo from forgotten worlds. UnderVerden is a journey through the shadow valley – and an invitation to meet yourself in the dark. Only to emerge more whole, more wild, and more alive on the other side.
