A New Chapter: Kryptograf’s Upcoming Third Album
The anticipation is high as Kryptograf prepares to unveil their third studio album, marking a significant evolution in their musical journey. While staying true to their signature heavy sound, this release promises an even greater emphasis on melody and dynamic songwriting. Fans can expect a thrilling contrast between the A-side and B-side, each highlighting different facets of the band’s sonic landscape.
The A-side delivers a distinct “Scandirock” flavor, fusing the power and raw energy of 70s hard rock with a modern Nordic edge. It’s bold, aggressive, and unmistakably Kryptograf. Meanwhile, the B-side plunges into darker, doom-laden depths, embracing moodier, heavier compositions that create a haunting contrast to the record. Throughout the album, Kryptograf’s collective vocal delivery and signature riff style ensure a cohesive yet mature progression of their sound.
A Sound That Resonates
For enthusiasts of vintage rock, doom, and stoner rock, this album is shaping up to be a complex yet deeply engaging listen. Kryptograf’s mastery of fusing nostalgia with innovation has earned them high praise from critics and fans alike:
“Imagine Sabbath, Witchcraft, and Red Fang teamed up and wrote their most wicked-toned proto-doom with progressive melodies and occult tendencies.” – Bucky Brown, Doom Charts
“Kryptograf came out of nowhere, knocked me on my butt, and I would be remiss if I didn’t mention this is a top 5 for me for 2022 releases. This is phenomenal!!” – Frank Rini, Teeth of the Divine
“I was never fortunate enough to witness a Black Sabbath concert in the early 70s, but with Kryptograf, one can surely get a sense of what it must have been like.” – Reinhold Rønstad, Heavymetal.no
